Today I went to the dentist to get my free teeth cleaning. Its here and available so why not take advantage right? It sure is going to be a change to have to pay for food, lodging and medical services....bummer! However like they say you get what you pay for...which I would say is true with the lodging and food. However, the dentist was great. She was actually an Australian orthodontist but by Antarctic standards that's close enough...dental hygienist it is! My teeth are now squeaky clean.
So there's your Antarctic tidbit of the day. I may try out the hairdressing services next week. :) Apparently they can dye your hair blue or purple...but I think I will pass on that and start with a hair cut.
